Subscription terms

Subscription plans
New customers can purchase a BC Gantt workspace for AUD $539.00 per year or AUD $49.99 per month, including GST. The annual plan costs less than 12 monthly payments. The selected plan is charged when purchased and renews automatically at that price each year or month until cancelled. The monthly plan has no annual commitment. Invited managers, trades and clients join free. A separate purchase creates a separate workspace.
Cancellation and payment
The purchasing workspace owner can open File → My subscription or Account → My subscription to manage payment details or cancellation with the billing provider. Apple in-app subscriptions are managed with Apple; website subscriptions are managed with Stripe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period. Contact us if you need help, believe you were charged incorrectly, or wish to request a refund.
If a payment fails or a subscription ends, editing is disabled. You can still sign in to view and export retained project information. Keep your own backups and contact us about data recovery or deletion.
Project information and access
You retain your rights in the information you upload. Only upload files you are entitled to share. Managers control invitations and are responsible for reviewing who has access. Invited managers can view or edit project information and manage invitations according to their assigned permissions; subscription billing stays with the purchasing account. Trades and clients have restricted access; trades can send requests to their site manager.
We process account details, project information, uploaded files and access records to operate the service. Stripe processes website payments, including card or Apple Pay when available. Apple processes in-app subscription payments through the App Store. Supabase provides identity verification; our hosting and email providers support delivery. Card details are not stored in BC Gantt. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests.

Use of the service
BC Gantt supports scheduling and coordination. Review dates, dependencies and instructions before relying on them for site work. It does not provide engineering certification or replace your professional and site responsibilities. Do not misuse accounts, upload malicious files or attempt to access another customer's information.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us promptly about problems with the service.
